What leads me to continue my education and pursue a graduate degree…I am a lifelong learner! My AET journey began January 2013. I found myself in a place craving theory to the practice that I was engaging in through my work. Many of us in the field of Training and Development can be sort of “throws into” the field. We love it, we are motivated by it, and we simply light up when seeing others go through the learning process. It drives us! While passion is a critical personal characteristic to be a practitioner in this field, so is credibility. I decided to embark on the AET Journey to explore, experience, and discover, the grounded theory of adult education. This journey has served both my individual and professional growth, and I am glad to share this work. The following assignments aided in my development of a teaching philosophy, and my deep passion for experiential learning. I welcome you to this journey.
