My name is Adriane Gonzalez and I would like to welcome you to my professional portfolio. This portfolio is designed to take prospective clients, employers, and peers through both my professional and academic journey, and to highlight the knowledge and skills I have developed in adult learning theory and Talent Development.

 

I have been working in the field of Training and Organizational Development for over five years now. Much of my work experience has been developed in conjunction with pursuing an M.Ed. in Adult Education and Training at Colorado State University (CSU). This has been a rich and wonderful opportunity to explore various adult learning theories, methodologies, and principles. Both my work experience and education has provided  me with the ability to apply those ideas and concepts back into the workplace through instructional design practices, curriculum development, program development and management, and so much more! Most importantly, this journey has served as a personal opportunity for growth and reflection.  For one to best educate others, you must explore yourself and establish a personal teaching philosophy that is grounded in authenticity and integrity. 

 

Within these various pages are samples of the research and projects that I have completed during my study at CSU. Many of these assignments have been tied back to the workplace either as valuable departmental research, corporate programs, leadership training, and/or instructional design projects.
